my mommy is so sweet.

she sent this to me:

"Yeah, just stop and relax. You are really doing the countdown at this point. In a few weeks, the ONLY thing that you should really be concentrating on is MASSAGE THERAPY. I'm glad that you will make new friends. Exchange phone numbers and learn how to have fun Z. Some of the friends that you will begin to make will become lifelong friends. Not all of them but a few. I'm excited for you. Just stop what you are doing for the day. Thanks!"

she sent this one minutes later:

"All you have to do sweetheart is stay focused. Remember you need this discipline to help others toward wellness (while also helping yourself). You will do just fine. After I sawhow you hung in there and kicked Chemistry's butt, I know that you can handle this. Plus, I know alot of the medical terminology and I will be learning along with you. You know, Daph kind of irritated me today when she was like "Maybe Lindzey could get a part time job to help you out..." I was like "Lindzey earning $5 an hour is not going to help our household". I told her that you need to go to school. I see Rachel didn't stay at home and help her with Savoir Faire. Lindzey, I don't want to say that people are not envious of you but some are. Just make it happen baby. Daph is just worried about your waist line. She's a trip. (p.s. I didn't tell you this to get mad....I'm telling you this as incentive to press your way. You won't ever be able to help me if you can't help yourself. Right? (Uh, Amy...sing your song girl..."

i loved our little inside joke at the end. tee hee.


that was the sweetest thing i've read all day.

i'm very excited about school too. i really hope that this will be the right thing for me, that i'll be good at it, and that i'll really be able to help people.

i'm so excited for next year.

next year is really going to be all about me.


i know i'm going to do almost everything i've dreamed of doing and i'm excited about it all.

there was one thing that i had been worrying about for quite some time now too.
if it works out, that'd be more than great.
but if it doesn't......right now, i picture myself being able to see past it and move forward not feeling sad, guilty, or regretful at all.
so either way, it's a win win situation for me which means, NO WORRIES.
